Service Process
1. Consultation
We provide in-depth understanding of your housework, childcare or elder care needs and provide professional advice.
2. Careful pairing
We select high-quality domestic workers from our huge database who have undergone interviews and background checks, and arrange video or on-site interviews.
3. Application documents
We handle all documents during your application process including contracts, notarization, visas, etc. to ensure legality and compliance.
4. Preparation for departure
We arrange training, medical examinations, flight tickets and airport pick-up to help foreign domestic workers arrive in Hong Kong smoothly.
5. Follow-up
We monitor the performance of foreign domestic workers regularly, and provide translation, mediation and on-site support to ensure smooth coordination between the employer and helper.
6. Long-term support and renewal services
Before the contract expires, we will proactively follow up with you to review your domestic helper's performance and renewal intentions, and assist with contract renewal or replacement arrangements to ensure an uninterrupted service is provided to your family.
